I am a smoker for 3 years. I having chest pain at my right chest near thymus everytime I smoke. And it goes away after 15 min when I press my chest at that position my gas goes away after few burps... Is it serious...

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis. It could be due to bronchitis. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest
