Chest Pain at a point
I have pain in my chest at a particular point on middle left side. It stays for 1 or 2 mins after I wake up with elevated heart beat around 90/min. Should I be concerned?

Hello, The pain as you describe is quite localised and not suggestive of heart pain. But you are overweight and blood pressure is there. Would suggest evaluation for other risk factors including diabetes , lipid profile. Would suggest an ecg echo and Tmt also to rule out cardiac aetiology
