For the first time i got sudden right chest pain and it last for few second only?why this happened and some possible reasons.please provide me.

Detailed history needed . If you had any previous history of respiratory infection, chronic cough,  pleuritis etc it may happen. Or anything related to gastric issues , or may be due to simple muscle strain in between the ribs, anxiety or panic attack
