From last one month i am having a chest pain chest pain is almost gone but i am having to much burps while sitting chest pain comes when i walk speed exercise doing haevy things is it releted to my heart i have done my ecg attached ryt now pain is gone but little bit heavyness

Hello, ECG is normal. With these burps and at 23 years age I think its more gastric related rather than heart related. Take care
