  3. Chest pain. 1 ent. please someone help!

Chest pain
I had a cough with blood 2 times and i consulted a doctor. They told me it canbe TB so i had my tests done for it. The tests came negative. I again consulted another doctor and they said it was coz of infection. In my citiscan i have a small spot on lung. Doctors are not able to detect what disease i am suffering from. I have comsulted around 4 doctors in past 2 lung, 1 cardio n 1 ent. Please someone help
