With low BP and pain chest, associated with high blood sugar, you should be admitted in a proper hospital or a Nursing Home where a General Physician makes a visit every day and as often as is required by the patients.
This should not be ignored.
Rt.sided chest pain is unlikely to be of cardiac origin which normally one feels behind breast bone .
Since you have already consulted your doctor and diagnosed as muscular pain
Your blood glucose level of 310 is high ,which needs to be taken care of.
Uncontrolled diabetes ,high lipid ,and blood pressure rise are the risk factors that make one more vulnerable to heart attacks
Next Steps
treat your uncontrolled glucose level
life style modification and daily exercise
healthy diet modification
Hi., I can understand your concern.
