Hello there.
I can understand your concern but you should know that you have provided the most minimalistic history of your condition.
Does your pain increases or decreases on taking food.
Is it worse of any particular position?
Do you have any breathing difficulties?
Do you smoke?
Here is what you can do as of now, drink lots of water.
One glass of milk before bed.
Cap. Pan-l half an hour before food in the morning.
Consult a physician in person with detailed history for further evaluation and management of your case.
Quit smoking if you smoke. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid tea/coffee/ carbonated beverages.
Don't sleep immediately after food let there be atleast 2 hours gap and sleep with a slightly raised head.
Best regards.
