Chest pain with cough and cold
From last 2 to 3 days I am having cough and cold and today I am also having chest pain with low BP I am not able to breathe properly as well Everytime when I inhale I feel some heavyness on my chest what to do

It is allergic bronchitis and you should start Tab. Lecope M 0-0-1, Tab. Dynapar 1-1-1,Steam inhalation. If fever then antibiotic will be needed.
