Chest pressure.
Hlo I am medical student I get chest pressure and discomfort radiating to left shoulder and arm and sometimes neck It is almost always at exertion and also at rest But it can't be stable angina as pressure doesn't go away at rest n symptoms continues for 3-4 hours... now if it was unstable angina it wud not be lasting so long widout causing any changes in ecg or my heart muscle So what can it be
