Chest stomach paindizines. Disease be. ?

Hello My fiance is experiencing chest pain for the last one year . Initially the pain was only at mornings but now whenever she tries to breathe deeply.. Her chest hurts . She even has constant stomach pain for the last 6-7 months. And for last one month she is experiencing diziness, fatigue and weakness. So three major symptoms 1. Chest pain 2. Stomach pain 3. Dizziness, fatigue and weakness Also sometimes , it pains in her anus while pooping. Poop is also inconsistent, sometimes liquid sometimes very hard and sometimes normal. This is also for about last one year . I don't know what the problem is. Which doctors to consult, what tests nothing I consulted 2-3 doctors but all in vain . Please help. What can this disease be. ?
