Complete relief only after removal.
U can take antibiotics for five days but you will need a prescription from ur doctor because Chemist won't provide like that
Can try clohexidine mouthwash twice a day for some relief
If that not available off counter then warm salt water rinses thrice a day.

You have to get it removed,,there is no other option,,apply hexigel on the cheek bite for some relief.
