I gave birth on 22 of june 2022 to twin babies at 34 weeks one was 2.1kg and one was 1.4kg who spent one week in nicu and got discharged after... now they have added much weight but the baby that weigh 1.4kg is about 5kg now but he kind of looks smaller than the other baby ..and it got me worried please is this normal though doctor says he is adding good weight but he just looks a bit smaller than his sister who is about 6kg now...please I really need to understand very well please doctor

It is normal.... catch up growth will occure upto 2 yrs of age,  till then the baby having low birth weight can look smaller than other babies.
