My child age 10 , she is over matured in wrong activities like watching sex videos and using remote or pen or hand in private parts regularly

A child of 10 years showing such activities, is not normal at all. It shows that child does nit spend quality time with family. Please spent quality time with child. Also children should never be encouraged to use mobile, that too with mobile data or WiFi.
Get a pediatric adolescent doctors opinion for her. Do not scold her, she might retaliate. This is a delicate issue. You will need proper guidance and help from Pediatrician with experience in adolescent care.
