Hello,
I was diagnosed with Chlamydia and bartholin gland cyst a year ago. I was successfully treated for chlamydia first and was chlamydia free. A few months later I had the bartholin gland cyst cut opened and drained and treatment was successful as well. I have no been tested again for chlamydia but i took a urine analysis a few days ago for a job and they warned me that there was high levels of bacteria in my urine. Is it possible that the draining of the bartholin gland cyst could have caused old vaginal fluid to reinfect me with chlamydia? Or would the antibiotics that cured my chlamydia the first time also have cured the fluid that was trapped inside the bartholin gland cyst?
