Chocolate cyst
On first usg Both ovaries are visualised and just bulky in size. Few tiny complex cystic foci in both ovaries with largest measuring 1.2 x 1.0 cm in left ovary, no septa / nodule / calcification. Bilateral paraovarian, intraovarian & along POD adhesion seen. Right ovary - 3.41 × 2.3 cm &Left ovary - 2.9 x 2.6 cm. After taking dienogest for 3 months went for another usg - Both ovaries are mildly bulky. Few ill-defined hypochoic focal areas in both ovaries with paraovarian adhesion. Adhesion along the POD & deep pelvic space. Left ovary in POD. Few follicles in either ovaries. Right ovary - 3.9 x 2.5 x 3.3 cm. vol = 17.3 cc. & Left ovary - 3.0 x 2.2 x 3.1 cm. vol = 10.9 cc. Has the cyst size increased? Please don't ask for connect. I am really tensed. I am continuing dienogest for more 3 months.
