Hello Vellore about the cholesterol levels I would suggest you to go ahead with the exercises at least 30 minutes to an hour in a day apart from bringing about diet modifications... You need to cut down on your oil and junk food eating
.. about your sugar level yes it is on the highest side but you do not require any medications for it... Try to include more proteins in your diet and also vegetables.. have less ..carbohydrates as much as possible.. Meet a dietitian
