Chronic anal fissure treatment
Im having anal fissure at 6 o'clock in anus from February and sentinal skin tag grew afterwards associated with it. Also had a skin tag at 12 o'clock grown towards perinum and it was extracted and had 2cm in contact with body.after that multiple fissures occured and cured except the 6 o'clock one.also tag associated with it grew..
Finally my gasterologist told me to take surgical option and consult a gastero surgeon..
Also I'm having a painful round skin tag at 1 o'clock and it is painfully while passing even soft stool at times.
Which are surgical methods to fix fissure and also remove skin tag?
