Can a person have kidney failure if he doesn't have diabetes, hypertension, obesity, any autoimmune disease and no family history and has never smoked?

Kidney failure can be caused by multiple causes. It might be related to medications which might be harmful to kidney, urological tract abnormalities leading to multiple urine infections and subsequent kidney infections, or it might be e related to to an allergic response limited to kidney secondary to infection medication for any dietary habits.
