Chronic Knee pain
First MRI in July showed ACL tear , second MRI in September showed normal ACL partial tear in patellar tendon. Feels mild pain while walking. What to do next ?

Hi there I understand your concern....conservative management can be tried in partial tear patients...try hamstring strengthening exercises and take over the counter pain medications...avoid squatting, crossed legged sitting, playing strenuous sports or activities...if no improvements you should get examined by arthroscopic surgeon they will help you further.
