Chronic lower back pain radiating down
I've been suffering from chronic back pain for about two years. On getting radiological examination done, in MRI it showed that there's a bulge at L5-S1 level. There are arthropathies at 3 upper levels. And spinal canal compression at 2 levels. I've been on regular physiotherapy from the time of diagnosis, but with no effect. I have pain and tenderness in multiple points too. All laboratory findings are normal. Even HLAB27, RA and ANA came back negative. Is there any other investigation that needs to be done? How can I get relief from this condition?
