Hi Dr's I have back pain for few years now and recently I started getting pain on right hip and knee randomly.. when it pains it's very much so I visited an orthopedic and he gave me x ray and I want second opinion on the results because I was planning on getting pregnant.. The spine report says 1) Early Lumbar Spondylosis 2) Mild Exaggerated Lumbar Lordois.. Knee report 1) Early marginal osteophytes at knee joint.. Please suggest Thank you

X-rays. Changes related to age of 40 years …you can plan for conceive …but at 40 year your conception may leads to you and babe related complications ….check out the obstetrician …from orthopaedic concern you can go for conception but you required bed rest during pregnancy pregnancy period and may require elective LSCS
