Chronic pelvic issues
Hello. I was diagnosed with Chronic Prostatitis about a year ago. A few months back I also had an Urine infection. For both the occasions I had antibiotics. Right now, again I'm having issues like mild burning after urination, weak flow of urine, pain around penis head, and occasional testicle heaviness. Also, there is tightness of foreskin alongside. Should I need another round of antibiotics.

A Comprehensive evaluation with urine tests and an ultrasound of the kidneys and urinary bladder is necessary to determine the presence of an infection, and also prostatitis. Additionally, the tightness of the foreskin is a concern and should be clinically examined to assess the severity of the condition.
