Hi,
I have been suffering from sinus. Recently got an mri brain because I had sone headache and stuffy nose. The report says mild mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary and left sphenoid sinuses. Wanted to know how serious this is and what is the treatment for it.
Thanks

Mild mucosa thickening is a common incidental finding and may not be suggestive of chronic rhinosinusitis. You need to. Undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy also. If diagnosis is confirmed then treatment can be planned. Usually other causes for headaches needs to ruled out
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
