Chronic throat clearing
Chronic throat clearing from 2 and half months with no cold or fever. I don't know whether it is PNS or LPR. Had CT scan of chest and Neck and the report came with the mild mucosal thickening involving bilateral maxillary sinus. X rays of nose tell the same.

Could be LPR or due to post nasal drip. Since CT is not showing much you can try antacids for some time and see

If problem is long standing please see any ENT doctor personally after epidemic is over..no substitute for clinical examination by a knowledgeable doctor..till that time take tab pan 40 and tab relent.

Any history of difficulty in swallowing or breathing difficulties or voice changes It looks more like reflux as life style modification help and antacid will help

Do you complain of hyperacidity? More likely to be post nasal drip but needs to be confirmed by evaluating the status of nasal cavity on CT scans.
