Circumcision and hydrocele At once

Hi sir, I had a circumcision and hydrocele surgeries at the same time means in a single day. I would like to know the clothing procedure for both ..I am confused what to wear as for circumcision we need loose underwear to heal faster but hydrocele requires scotal support for 15 days . Can you provide the right advice to get a raid on both the cases.
