CKD WITH Severe LV Dysfunction
Known case - CKD with severe LV dysfunction, global kinesia and pulmonary hyper kinesias Admitted in hospital for severe breathlessness. DJSR done. Recurrent of pulmonary edema n severe bronchoconstriction. She is managed with O2, diuretics, antibiotic,antifungals (fungal infection in urine),hemodialysis and other supportive measures. SPO2-90, BP 100/60,recent urea - 60, creatinine -3, Recent LFT-ALP-67, SGPT -64, SGOT-24. Please help me..Most of the doctors are saying it is difficult to recover

Going by the summary u have given the patient is really very serious. Doctors are right in saying that chances of recovery are less. Medical management needs to be continued as if she recovers from infection she can make a recovery. Chances are less but not impossible. Best wishes for her recovery!
