Cleavage Acne
I have a boil/acne on my cleavage. It's soft to feel and there is no additional discomfort. But it has been there for about a month and I have a feeling that it is growing in size, but I am not sure. Initially it was the size of a pinhead but now I feel it's slightly bigger.

It is better to show in person to qualified dermatologist. As per your description it may be Cyst or early stage of keloid.
