I have clicking lrynx when i swallow what will i do now some times it doesn't sounds some times it sounds its irritating i swallow all day i got now anxiety

At the moment of swallowing or when someone moves their head, a clicking in the throat is the sensation referred to as a clicking larynx.
It is often thought that there is a correlation with local tenderness, pain in the neck, or circumlaryngeal manipulation.
