Kidney toxicity has not been specifically attributed to Clonazepam but all benzodiazipines have some nephrotoxicity and hepatotoxicity. So if someone is on long term treatment then Liver function tests and Kidney function tests should be done every month.

Better to avoid clonezepam adopt healthy life style,avoid anxieties, worries,think positive , keep busy ,read good magzine s do regular yoga pranayam excercise walk etc
