Hi my wife torch test report says (Cytomegalovirus) IgG Avidity * (Enzyme Immunoassay) results 69%
Is it dangerous for my wife and baby. She is 14 week pregnant. and below the other test report of TORCH
Torch IgM & IgG AntibodiesToxoplasm 0.09
CMV IgM--0.22
1 .CMV IgG- 242.8 AU/ML
2 .Rubella (German Measels) IgG* - 97.38 IU/mL
3. IgG Avidity * (Enzyme Immunoassay) results 69%
Please suggest is any thing which we worry abut these test.

IgG indicates past infection. Your reports IgM
Is negative . Cytomegalovirus also IgM is negative . It affect only current pregnancy. She
is not having infection now . Those tests only suggest, she had immunity for Cyto.

IgG positive indicates past infection, I gM is negative so no recent infection.. Can continue pregnancy..
