IgG level indicates PAST infection, and is NOT medically significant for the foetus, not needs treatment. IgM reflects current, active infection and requires treatment. If you're NOT related by blood, which is a common cause for birth defects and miscarriage, then look for other causes. Consult your gynaecologist.
