Cold and blockage of nose and ears

I've been having cold and blockage of nose and also ears for the past 5 days.I had some medicines but the problems continues.

You might be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is a common type of nose infection. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops. Steam inhalation also will help. Ear problems will resolve once nose becomes normal
