Cold and cough
My child is having severe cold, I gave 3ml levolin syrup for cough and now he is not able to sleep can I give zyrtec drops for cold along with levolin ?

Yes it can be given. Usually child has blocked nose that causes discomfort. So use saline nasal spray to relieve the obstruction

Severe cold means if baby has running nose and noisy breathing then you can use nasivion drops for 3 days  and then you can continue with nasoclear drops. Syrup zyrtec can be given in a dose of 2.5ml one time.

see for any danger sign like refusal to feed ,respiratory distress ,and irritability.

No need of levolin..give nasoclear drops 2 drops each nostril evey 6th hrly if nasal block is there..can give zytrec drops
