Cold and fever
I am getting cold too early.means once there is some changes in environment then it effects me .and I have also nose allergies for sneezing if the weather is cold

Hello.. For few people it is quite easy to catch cold and fever and moreover the current weather is such that you can easily contract fever and cold. ..I would suggest you to keep yourself warm and protect yourself by covering yourself when you go out in the dust, pollution ..Meet a physician if symptoms increase..Thank you

U need to increase yr immunity by taking high protein diet,lots of citrus fruits which contain Vit C,like Amla,oranges,lemon,strawberries n other grapes,carrots,tomatoes, etc.for yr allergy u can take tablet containing montelukast, n levocetirizine or both when require.
