Cold and heat simultaneously
Hi, I am having slight cold just slightly stuffed nose and I am feeling slight heat in my throat. It's like sardi garmi. I don't have any fever or anything. Is this because of climate change or something. And is it normal?

Yes it's normal. Check your body temperature. Take adequate rest and plenty amount of water If there is any  symptom you need proper treatment.
