  4. Cold , blocked nose. A pea and movable!

Recently I had cold fever and blocked ear ,now my symptoms getting way better ,but today I noticed my tonsilar lymph is swelling on left side ,it is not painful but it feel like a pea and movable

This is known . Infection spreading to nose , throat and ear. Need to check any exudate (white or yellow ) sports over tonsills and stay antibiotic. Consult a physician for decision
