Cold fever body pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Have cold from 3/4 days. Feverish. In the evening the temp rises to 100. Have body pain. Had just came back from a vacation.drneched in rain and had been exposed to ac for last week .

May be this is flu only.take some treatment like tablet paracetamol 500 mg three time a day for 2-3 days Take cetrizine 10 mg twice a day for 2-3 days Take gargle and hot soups , tea or milk . You will be okay
