Some people have this problem due to body constitution. Chronic cold leads to sinus problem. Avoid taking cold foods and anything straight from fridge. No icecream or cool drinks. Drink warm water on regular basis. Take tablet Allagra-90 daily at night for a week. Try to find out any particular food or atmosphere which is causing or increase your problem and avoid them. Don't use a/c or air cooler.

Hello good morning. In my opinion you are suffering from allergic rhinitis with mild sinusitis and maybe suffering from dust allergy. It should be prevented as early as possible to avoid further complications. Nothing to worry there is a treatment and try to contact me online and I'll explain you what medicines to be taken and what precautions to be taken and what investigations have to undergo.
