Cold & Running nose for last 3 months
I am having cold with running nose for last 2-3 months. i never had fever or body pain in these 3 months. Though, i always try keeping my body warm by jogging 4-5 KMs a day in morning. i am constantly suffering with running nose.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Since your allergy seems to be seasonal shorter course also may be sufficient
