First do home remedies like steam inhalation, warm fluids salt water gargling for 2 days.. still persist then consult for medications.

On the basis of your sign and symptom it indicate that it is a case of respiratory tract infection and causative agent generally virus and bacteria.
According to me you should take consultation for correct diagnosis and right treatment from a good doctor.
