Cold symptoms for 6 yrs old
My son is showing cold symptoms from evening today..he is 6 yrs old...so far no fever buy should I start any medication?
Please advise asap

You can give Cetirizine syp 5ml two times a day for cold....
Give paracetamol if fever appears....
