Cold Testicle and Scrotum
I am 18 . When I touch my testicle and scrotum I feel it cold but my penis is at normal temperature There is no pain in penis or testicle or thigh I used to mastrubate a lot before this like 1 time a day  but I have stopped it now Can I know the reason
