Cold with running nose for 4 days
Our kid is 3.5 months and having cold and running nose for the last 4 days.
She is struggling a lot with it.
Last time when she cold we visited a doctor he
prescribed Mega-CV drops and Huchnil -S
Now we consulted a different doctors and he prescribed Mucolite.
Can you advice which of this medicine is safe or not powerful ?

If mild, avoid unnecessary meds and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal blockade or increased cough on lying down.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness and dullness and refusal to feed, consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
