Your concern for bleeding per rectum is right.
Most important causes are:
1.Haemmorhoids
2.Fissure
3.Cancer from rectum or anal canal.
Get colonoscopy done if first two diagonosis ruled out using clinical examination by surgeon

Please visit your gastro enterologist and get a colonoscopy done if advised by him. Bleeding in the back passage may be due to piles problem also. It’s not necessary to panic and get radiation exposure by early CT scan. Let your Gastro physician clinically examine and decide on further investigation in a step by step manner. As you are young and there is no mention of cancer history in family or diseases like IBD, I am not very worried about a malignancy in you but still bleeding needs evaluation.
