Complex cyst in right adnexa
My mother is facing stomach ace from past 15 days, initially i took medicine from physician but then also it was happening so consulted surgeon in my area so doctor suggested me ultrasound.after having ultrasound in report it is showing complex cyst in right adnexa. Earlier my mother is gone with two surgeries 1.Gall bladder stone 2. Uterus removal Please suggest me or is there anything to worry ? About 7.1*6.6 cm size cystic lesion with multiple thin internal septation noted to involve right adnexa is also written in the report. For details i am attaching the report please provide me best possible way to take treatment. Thanks in advance
