Compression fracture in L2 spine
I had an compression fracture in Feb due to falling from chair, I had taken rest for 1month but even though At night sleeping there is pain in my back, and the pain goes as soon as I mobilise. the biopsy reports of TB and gen expert are negative, vitamin D and B12 Deficiency noted , plz guide me what to do next and precautions.

Having a spine bone fracture following a fall from chair is unusual. You have already done test for TB, etc. Please do BMD test to assess your bone strength. If there is osteoporosis, treatment of it will help reduce pain. If pain still persists, then a repeat imaging to see the status of fracture.
