Hi my TSH OBSERVED VALUE IS 3.47.MY PROLACTIN OBSERVED VALUE IS 18.67 AND MY AMH MULLERIAN INHIBITING SUBSTANCE IS 4.23 WHAT THE PROBLEM IN CONCEIVE A BABY I AM 29 YRS

AMH is a little on the higher side.. You could be having polycystic ovaries which leads to chronic anovulatory cycles. Consult directly online for further management as i need few more details
