Conceiving after laparoscopic cystectomy

I just had a lap cystectomy for my right ovary which had 5.4/4 cms cyst. The doc mentioned stating that the left tube is absent after the lap. Can you please suggest wat would help me to get pregnant soon, becoz doc mentioned that I should undergo iui for next 3 months later if it doesn't I should try IVF. Can't I conceive normally? I was on ovulation induction for 2 months before the surgery n was properly ovulating but couldn't conceive. Please help me with your suggestion becoz they quoted stating that iui per session would b around 12000 and IVF would be around 2 Lakhs. It's very difficult for us to spend so much. And from which week should we try to conceive after the surgery? Please suggest a good doctor in hyd with less cost expenses
