Hi
My recommendations is not to take any medication at this point of time
Check the TSH after 1 month
In case it is above 5 with symptoms of weight gain lethargy then we can start with the dosage of medication
Otherwise we can wait for initiation of treatment
Next Steps
Check TSH after a month and compare and decide
More then 10 start with treatment
5 to 10 with symptoms start treatment
No symptoms no treatment
Less then 5 no treatment
