Can amh levels be low and p4 be high at the level of 18.75? If yes then what does p4 of that cycle indicates about the egg quality?

P4 tells only about egg release and pregnancy or luteal support
That is egg rupture or ovulation from follicle
P4 doesn't tell about the quality or quantity of eggs
Amh tells about how many eggs u have and ur fertility potential
Both indicate very different things

High P4 on the day of trigger is associated with poor quality oocyte and displaced window of implantation in fresh transfers
